What is our screening process?
Our recruiters work with candidates through a number of steps in our application process. We start with a brief phone-screen, followed by an in-person interview. We review their resume information, perform reference checks as required, and incorporate skills assessments to ensure our clients are meeting top candidates. Pre-Employment screening services are also available.
